More than 4 million Iraqi civilians have been displaced since the war began in 2003, most of them landing in Syria and Jordan. The film follows Syrian-Iraqi Red Crescent workers as they try to help the refugees deal with their new lives and the inevitable hostility from the locals. Aaron Brown hosts.

It turns out he's been trying to make up for a tragedy in his past. Speaking of pasts, Sam (Poppy Montgomery) isn't pleased when Jack (Anthony LaPaglia) digs up some dirt on her baby's father (Adam Kaufman). Linda Hunt guest stars as an FBI psychiatrist counseling Jack.
You Belong to Me6:15 PM, TCMThe leading man is a creepy, controlling wackjob ... and it's a comedy. No, really. You won't find much to laugh at in this 1941 pairing of Henry Fonda and Barbara Stanwyck as a millionaire and a doctor who wed after a meet-and-treat at a ski resort. He becomes insanely jealous of all her male patients and any other man who crosses paths with her. Eventually he straightens up, but it takes a while to get there, and it's painful to watch.
Man of the Year6:30 PM, MAXRobin Williams for president? It happens in this satire, which marked his reteaming in 2006 with "Good Morning, Vietnam" director Barry Levinson. The actor plays a talk show personality who makes a bid for the White House as a lark -- and the result is a surprise, especially to an employee (Laura Linney) of the company that supplied the voting machines. Christopher Walken, Jeff Goldblum and comic Lewis Black also star.
NCIS8:00 PM, CBSBad dog -- or is he? When a dog mauls a person, with fatal results, Abby (Pauley Perrette) believes with all her heart that the animal is innocent, and she'll risk her own career to clear him and keep him from being put down. Gibbs (Mark Harmon) comes closer to learning Jenny's (Lauren Holly) secret. Michael Weatherly and David McCallum also star in "Dog Tags."
Harsh Times8:00 PM, SHOIt's not exactly "Rambo: The Gulf War Edition," but this 2005 crime drama has a similar scenario: A veteran's wartime experiences lead him into violence on the home front. Christian Bale stars as an alienated ex-Army Ranger who finds a new outlet for his killing skills as a cop on the mean streets of Los Angeles. Freddy Rodriguez, Tammy Trull and Eva Longoria also star.
Dirty Jobs8:00 PM, DSCInsert your "rotten to the core" joke here. In "Dirty Jobs of the Big Apple," host Mike Rowe is in a New York state of mind. There are 8 million stories in the naked city, and almost as many unpleasant ways to earn a living. Rowe doesn't get to all of them, but he does take on the construction of a water tower atop a skyscraper and learns how to repair elevators. Those with fears of heights or small spaces need not apply.
XXIX Summer Olympics8:00 PM, NBCJamaican-born U.S. runner Sanya Richards vies against a strong Jamaican contingent for gold in the women's 400-meter final, one of five golds handed out tonight at National Stadium. Another expatriate, Bernard Lagat, tries to become the first U.S. man to win an Olympic medal in the 1,500 since Jim Ryun in 1968. Born in Kenya, Lagat is the 2007 world champion. Also, the balance beam final is considered China's Li Shanshan's to lose.
Reaper9:00 PM, CWYou've heard the expression "when hell freezes over"? Bet you didn't know it could spring a leak, too. In this episode, a soul named Mike (Richard Burgi, "Desperate Housewives") keeps escaping from hell. The devil (Ray Wise) orders Sam (Bret Harrison) to find out who's responsible for the breach. He does -- and it turns out to be someone he'd rather not rat out. Tyler Labine and Christine Willes also star in "The Leak."
